Life as you know is never perfect. To all the happy souls, the perfectionists and the messy ones, cheers to you as you are doing amazing. The world has changed and with the fast paced life, problems are a major trigger that drags us backward in life. You may think, it’s only happening to you but many will relate to you when it comes to problems in life.
This is how life is; no matter how perfect you think you and your life are there will always be problems. Don’t get too upset or sad because its occurring to you as you are brave enough to face the problem and solve it. They are major distractions & barriers in our journey of life. However, we need to remember that life is not walk on a cheese cake. So there will always be hurdles that we need to overcome and move on.
I have listed here top 6 problems that we are facing on a daily basis, can you relate ?
1.Crowd: With the increasing population, if we talk about India the first problem is crowd. More the people, more is the chaos and competition. Survival of the fittest concept originated from Darwinian evolutionary theory , being a part of the mass and surviving the wave of crowd is quite a task. Making a difference and standing out from the crowd is a challenge in itself.
2.Toxicity: People suffocate each other with toxic behavior. There is peer pressure of judgements and eye of thousands of people reading your life. It’s because you are not maintaining the privacy that is needed. Hence the moment your weakness is exposed people are taking advantage of such situations and creating many different problems in life. Being alone is better than being with a toxic person.
3. Importance: Everyone wants to feel special and important. If I may ask you a question – Who do you love the most? Think about 3minutes and comment your answer. You will find a lot of people writing about different people may be mother, father, sister, friend, husband etc but very few or almost none writes about themselves. If we don’t prioritize ourselves how can the world ? Feeling unimportant or being unheard creates mental problem & we may break down at times. These are emotions that comes from expectation.
4.Lack of respect: Respect is a big problem over which about 80% of the couples fights. Even parents are set back when they do not receive the desired & deserved respect. You need to learn to respect others only then you can get the same. “What you give comes back”. If you feel that respect is an issue may be first try to check and change the way of giving. Lack of respect is a game changer it breaks the strongest bond.

5.Bad spending habit: Broke at the beginning of month ? May be you are not spending right. The reflex to keep buying things can dump you in serious problems. Hence mend your money with caution. The psychology of money says that “Spending money to show people how much money you have is the fastest way to have less money.” Keeping the money you have, maintaining a standard of living is something we are aiming at. Bad spending habit leaves us broke and unhappy hence think & spend wisely.

6.Time is an excuse: Not valuing time is a big problem. It’s seen that if time is utilized to its full potential then one person can do 10times more than what he/she is doing right now. Time should never be an excuse. It is seen that young adults go out of touch from parents and they give the biggest excuse of not having time. Its a problem, as your mother may be just waiting for a call just to say “Hi how are you?” It doesn’t take much time but we still don’t have that minute because we prioritize something else.
These are the basic foundation of all the problems we face in life. May it be in personal life, corporate life or family.
Finance, health, relations , loneliness, if you think “it” is a “problem” then your actually give birth to a problem. It’s all in our thoughts. “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines. Happiness is not the absence of problems, but the ability to deal with them.
Study your life and see if you are having these problems Identify them and try to solve them without complicating the same.
