Let me tell you that aging is a natural process however it has a stimulus which can accelerate the process. “Stress” is the factor that stimulates aging and you become wrinkled much before you are expected to be. Can anti-aging products stop your aging for real?
The answer is “NO”
At all stages of life Stress is inevitable and takes a toll on our physical appearance and mental condition. Stress is an internal concept that leads to external factor aging.
Aging is not just about how you look; external appearance depends on what’s going inside you. Internal damage is more harmful that accelerates the process of aging.
Are you taking good care of yourself? In this buzzing lifestyle and burden of responsibilities to prioritize self-care is quite some task. I am talking here about self-care that’s more personal, it’s how you are feeling about yourself.
This stage of self-care comes free of cost but needs the most expensive factors of life i.e. effort & time. Do you consider yourself to be important? This is your life and you should be able to manage about an hour out of your busy schedule for self-nourishment. Your motivation would be the zeal to be always glowing and never age with time. Stress is an option, focusing on solutions and binding with positive thoughts can let go your negative perceptions. Thereby reduce the mental stress thereby pacing down aging.
Stress-eating endorses you with a belly fat and when you gain weight by default you start looking older. Physical workouts are extremely important, and considering the world situation a proper nutrition is vital. Following a diet chart can be difficult but there are far more complex jobs that you perform. What you eat is very important, fresh healthy diet reflects on your skin in addition keeps you away from diseases.
Aging is more mental, daily exercise pumps up your endorphins. Any form of exercise works like a break to aging. You sweat out your stress, lift your mood and it helps you stay calm, clear and focused. You look younger.
Like I mentioned aging is not just about outside appearance, if you truly feel old from inside it’s the stress that speaking.
Aging gracefully is an art of life, when we are distressed energy drains out our system. Numbs our biological hormones and makes us sick.

We cannot stop the clock at 30years but we can pace down. Inferior mental condition releases Stress hormones which divides cells faster and causes aging.
Life is about growing up so we are here to enjoy the process of aging.
It’s about how happy we are with ourselves and how gracefully we lead our life.
