How would you feel if someone wrote a love letter to you like the one below?

You cannot deny the “butterflies” in your stomach. You feel special , you feel loved and it’s a feeling that you truly enjoy receiving, isn’ t it?

If we talk about the conventional world, “a love letter” may be outdated and cliche. Everything is effortless and goes out in a click. Love also has evolved with time. However, there is nothing as “cliche” when you express love. By following the “Cool” trends major section of teens and young adults are in denial of their feelings. They are covering up the real with reel. We wonder why?

What was the last time you’ve spent a quality time with your partner? How did you spend the day?

It’s not about expensive dates, or gifts and other materialistic things in the world. What’s that personal touch you felt in your moments together? Spending quality time with your loved one can encourage open communication and help establish loving relationships.

Appreciating each other and noticing the changes also creates an impact in your life. How would you do it all when you have such a busy schedule of work! Not only men but women are equally busy and there is no time to express love. Only in the course of life we understand that how important it is to let the other person know “Hey, you are important to me !” Yes, you may debate that validation in a relationship is not a great thing. But when you appreciate each other it automatically boosts the energy and brings in a positive flow in life. You feel good about yourself!

Disconnect to connect with each other. The technological barrier is something we are referring to. Even when we are sitting together we are on our phones mindlessly scrolling through the social media platforms. Can we do that when we are at our own space alone? When you are going out for a lunch , dinner, etc utmost important thing is taking selfies and food pictures. But can we just sit and relax and spend a great time together.

Here are top 10 things that you can do to express your love:

  1. Take a day off from everything just to be together and enjoy nothing. Be wherever you want to be and enjoy doing nothing with your loved one. Order in some food, giggle, and buzz off the bothering thoughts for a day. Just spend a quality day together.
  2. Gift flowers, chocolates, customize a letter and explore your creative side while expressing love. You can buy a million dollar car if you are rich but a love letter written by you is a treasure.
  3. Cook together and enjoy a meal.
  4. Keep the social media off and have real conversation.
  5. Appreciate how beautiful and handsome your partner looks.
  6. Discuss problems and help each other understand better.
